Triple PDRN Gel Toner

I love PDRN and I especially love when it’s in a toner! It makes layering PDRN So much easier than my routine. The gel formula feels cooling on the face, but then it blends in to my skin. It gives me a Dewey glow and is the perfect base for Layering on my other skin care.

Not the biggest fan of a gel formula, but do you like this
