AC Clear Pure N Skin Toner

This toner had a very watery consistency and was lightweight. It absorbed fast and didn’t feel tacky. This toner felt great on my skin! It immediately had a cooling/calming effect on my skin.

I found that this toner isn’t so much for hydrating but more for soothing the skin
