The texture of this blush is incredibly finely milled, living up to the "fluffy" name by providing a soft-focus, blurred effect on the cheeks. The shade "PK002 Bashful" is a perfect, delicate pale pink that gives a very natural, "lit-from-within" flush that is especially flattering for fair to light skin tones. I love how buildable the formula is; it’s almost impossible to over-apply, making it foolproof for achieving a soft, ethereal look. It also has great oil-control properties, helping to smooth out skin texture and pores throughout the day.
Because the formula is so sheer and soft, the color payoff might be too subtle for those with medium to deep skin tones, requiring a lot of layering to show up. There is a bit of kick-back in the pan when you dip your brush in, so you have to be gentle to avoid wasting product. Additionally, the longevity could be improved; without a setting spray, the soft pigment tends to fade slightly by the end of a long day.
