The Claim:

My Take:
If you recall, this is the 2nd product from this line that I am testing. I didn’t fancy the Black Rice Toner, and I am afraid this one is not going to make me change my mind.
Let’s start with the goods. I love the ingredients like ginseng and black rice, love the hydration. I even like the texture, which spreads and absorbs easily.
I don’t even mind the lavender oil or the strong, and I mean strong, lavender scent, since you know I don’t get irritations easily and I am ok with a bit of fragrance.
I really can’t stand the packaging. It certainly looks good but it’s not practical. You can’t put it on a shelf or stand it anywhere, it takes up a lot of room, not good for hoarders!! That cap design is a pain to twist open as there is nowhere to grip. The nozzle puts out a very fine stream of cream, as you can see in the pic. While that is appreciated for a product you don’t need much of, like an eye cream or acne product, for a face cream, I have to spend a good minute squeezing and squeezing to get the product out, which is hard to do with this bottle as it also seem to fill up with air.
Note that this, like the toner, has a PAO of 6M. Again, not a problem for normal people but a pain for hoarders!!!
