So perfect for me who is looking for toner with pH balance. The TEXTURE is watery orange with subtle scent. I tried to use it in 2 ways, poured into cotton or to the palm. I LOVE to use it for CSM and as skincare shortcut when shiftless to layering. I don't feel the brightening effect, but I'm quite satisfied with hydrating skill for my normal to oily skin type. The bottle PACKAGING has a second lid, no spill!
