Worth the Hype and Actually Cooling...
I’ve finally found a mask that actually lives up to the hype without costing a fortune at $6 CAD. Unlike those slimy sheet masks that slide halfway off your face, this hydrogel one stays put and feels super cooling even straight out of the package. The K-Pop Demon Hunter collab features a gold pattern which is really cute for selfies, which honestly makes the whole experience more fun. I'll reach for it anytime my skin feels irritated, dry, or extra red after too much sun.
The only downside is that you need patience because it works best if you leave it on for a few hours or overnight (2-4 hrs minimum). It starts off opaque and slowly turns transparent as your skin absorbs everything. It hugs the skin really well without lifting or leaving weird gaps, and my face looks calmer, smoother, and more hydrated by morning. I also love that the mask is made from solidified collagen essence, so you can dissolve the used mask in warm water for a quick collagen soak instead of just tossing it. I especially love using it after strong exfoliating treatments when my skin feels stressed and needs a reset. If your skin barrier is struggling, I’d definitely recommend this one.
