It was very difficult and confusing to unfold the mask without tearing it. I wish there was a smarter method to package this without ripping the product.

Otherwise, there are no other complaints.

I love this mask! I found it be very gentle and soothing on my skin, providing very calming results. I have hypersensitive skin that is chronically dry, and prior to this my rosacea was flaring up. I took a risk by trying this for the first time, but I have no regret! It really helped reduce my flareup and redness, gave my skin some much-needed hydrating relief, and (even several hours later) my face still feels amazing.

I highly recommend this!
