This sunscreen is an upgrade of the previous makep:rem blue ray sun fluid. It's a hybrid sunscreen, with a white fluid-y consistency. It doesn't contain fragrance, but does have a hint of sweet scent that lingers. I personally don't mind it. This sunscreen turns into a watery texture when I spread it on my face. It took some effort to blend and 15 minutes or so for the white cast to 'toned down' I like how lightweight it feels and it doesn't make my face feel dry or tight (from the zinc oxide). It's moisturizing enough for me that I don't need to apply moisturizer underneath. This sunscreen leaves a skin like finish on me. Not greasy, not matte, but slightly tacky to the touch. Some might need to set it with powder. Overall it's an okay sunscreen for me. The price and the amount of products were what made me buy it in the first place tbh

Leaves a very noticable white cast if you exceeded the recommended ammount (2 - 3 fingers). A bummer because I tend to used more than the recommended ammount. So might not work for those with medium-tan-darker skin tone :( I also found that this sunscreen pills when I reapply without removing the previous layer first. Mind you, I'm not even using any makeup, just vit C, toner, and hydrating ampoule underneath. And there are some days that it stings my eyes, so I tried not to apply it too close

@skinbyrd I have only tried the sample version of the old blue ray sun fluid! And I find it drying and makes my skin tight and uncomfortable. But it did blends really well. I'd say just buy the one you can easily find and repurchase! If you bought the new one you might like it as well? :)

Have you tried the old version? I really like the old version sunfluid eventhough its quite drying, a good moisturizer underneath will do its job to keep my skin hydrated. I am torn in between from buying the upgraded version or the old version as a spare as its very hard to buy one.

There aren’t a lot of reviews out there for this product so thank you for this, thorough and honest! Great to see that its moisturizing enough even for dry skin! Too bad about the white cast, pilling, and eye sting. Im quite pale, so hopefully the white cast wont be noticeable on me.
