Collagen Eye Cream Whitening

This eye cream is light, so it hydrates my eye area well enough. It is a light, cream consistency which is lightweight. I apply this by applying some product on the back of my hand and then spreading it out to get a thin consistency on my ring finger then apply it all over my eye area, smile lines, and all over my philtrum area. This has a slight fragrance which doesn’t bother me at all. I’ve managed to empty this product up so it means that I liked using this eye cream. This is also cheap! ❤️

This claims to brighten the eye area but I didn’t notice any brightening effect. It also gave me millia upon using it the first time but it happens with every eye cream I use. It did manage to go away after 2-3 days so no biggie.
