I love this toner! I’ve only tried the reformulated one so I can’t compare with the previous formula. This toner has a lightweight and watery texture and is easily absorbed by my skin! It leaves the skin moisturized and plump, especially after about 2 weeks of use!

This has fragrance BUT I LOVE IT!! It’s a mild sweet scent that I just love smelling! It doesn’t irritate my skin, whatsoever!
