i really enjoy all the masks in this series. the pumpkin mask is said to help skin elasticity and soothes it.
key ingredients:
đź’§pumpkin extract
đź’§licorice root extract
đź’§centella asiatica extract
đź’§green tea extract
đź’§sodium hyaluronate
alcohol-free, not fragrance-free
⚜️packaging: it’s hefty, at 40g. it comes in a single sheet pack, the plastic is sturdy. the visuals is bright and attractive, albeit a little rustic. its claims are stated clearly on each pack.
⚜️the sheet: the mask fits my rather large face—there’s maybe about an inch of my forehead that it doesn’t cover but i have a massive forehead. the material of the mask itself is thicker than some, but not too thick that it’s unwieldy. it’s not flimsy either, and molds itself onto the face while still holding plenty of serum. there’s no plastic liner for the mask.
⚜️scent: this has a very strong floral scent.
⚜️texture: the serum itself is quite light, there is some viscosity, but it spreads easily and absorbs quick, and it doesn’t leave the skin sticky.
⚜️affordability: super yes, i got this for 60¢
đź—Łthoughts:
i really liked it. my skin can be sensitive to masks—i don’t know why—but this didn’t sting me at all. low bar, i’m aware. i also love that it didn’t make my skin tacky and the mask fits my face so well. the eye holes weren’t placed weirdly etc. i love the cooling effect and the hydration it gives me. the serum itself absorbs quickly and there’s plenty of serum to spread an initial layer on my face and neck, and then some.
will i repurchase? h*ck yeah!!!
in all honesty i have nothing bad to say about this mask. nonetheless, there are a couple things that i could nitpick if i had to.
❗️the fragrance can be very strong to some people. personally i’m fine with it, and i enjoyed the scent, but people with sensitive skins and noses may want to avoid this
❗️i’m not sure if it did anything for skin elasticity. my skin is pretty supple normally, so i’m not the best judge
❗️i mean, it’s a sheet mask. sheet masks aren’t good for the environment. the amount of plastic wastage is not hot. it could be worse ofc, but ya know, the planet is dying and all that jazz
