This cleansing oil is gentle and effective enough to remove light and heavy makeup, as well as sunscreen residue without stripping the skin of it's natural oils and moisture. My skin feels clean and soft after using this oil cleanser, but I still do follow-up with a second cleanse always. The texture is obviously an oil, but a more lighter consistency, and has a mild floral scent which I really like.
