I haven't tried it physically yet so I can't say anything negative. 
But from the reviews I read, some people mention it can feel a bit oily if you don't rinse well. 
For very oily skin it might feel heavy too.

What I love most is that it's made with matcha and green tea, so besides cleansing it also helps detox the skin. 
From what I researched, it melts into an oil with body heat and removes all makeup and sunscreen without drying out the skin. 
The green packaging is so cute and the texture looks creamy. I also trust BANILA CO because it's a Korean brand that's great for sensitive skin
