“Buffet” + Copper Peptides 1%

product review positives
🦋What is it? The Ordinary Buffet + Copper Peptides 1% 🦋What are the claims? A multi-peptide serum targeting visible signs of aging while supporting the look of healthier skin. The company highlights: - copper peptides: boosting collagen, anti-inflammatory - matrixyl & argirelox: reducing the appearance of wrinkles 🦋 The texture? A smooth and Somewhat thicker gel-like consistency. It spreads onto the skin easily, a little goes a long way. The formulation is not sticky or tacky in the slightest. 🦋My experience: From the first use I noticed plumper, bouncier skin. This provides so much hydration for my combination skin that I use this as a hydrating serum too. I use this 2-3 times a week. Always in the evenings on alternate days to retinol or azelaic acid as I tend to use an antioxidant serum (usually vitamin C based) during the day. I have also noticed that this serum helps with the overall appearance of blemishes. This is in part because I believe it helps my blemishes heal faster, therefore I also have less scarring. I have already ordered a back up and I truly love this serum. 💙
product review negatives
🦋 Thins to consider: A quick search will show that the use of copper peptides can help to boost hair growth. This has not been the case for me, I haven’t seen any increase in facial hair. Deciem advise that you do not use this serum with direct acids or strong antioxidants: such as L-AA (L-Ascorbic Acid) and EL-AA (Ethylated Ascorbic Acid), AHAs/BHAs.
