The wash pack comes with a convenient packaging design, hygiene for single use. The main claims of the wash pack is soothing, cooling, inflammation, damage improvement and skin purifying effect. It has a heavy peppermint scent that might not be liked by everyone, but for me I'm okay with it. That's the reason I can feel the instant cooling effect even though I don't store it in the fridge. The texture of the wash off pack is soft, anc comes in creamy white cream instead of the clay mask type I expected.
The volume is too little for me to apply evenly on the whole face. (my face is just big, maybe) The instant cooling effect made me feel like my face was in an igloo. The foam of this wash pack is easy to wash off but I keep rinsing with water as I think my face isn't that clean and refreshed. My skin feels buttery and slippery after washing it. I'm not sure if this is a good sign but this wash pack is gentle enough for not irritating my skin.
Overall, this purifying wash-off pack is suitable for dry and acne-prone skin, and gives an instant cooling effect to sensitive skin.
I would suggest this to dry skin as it will keep the oils balanced. It also has alcohol which is more prone to dry skin type even though it doesn't really bother. For oily to combination skin you might doubt the mask doesn't work because your face might not feel refreshing enough.
