Very cooling, but during the first time i almost thought it was burning at first bc it was soooo icy cold haha but it eventually tapered down into a soothing cooling sensation. perfect for hot & humid weather, a day in the sun, or a wake-me-up 😂 the key ingredients of centella asiatica, betaine, panthenol & aloe are great for calming irritation & aiding the restoration of unstable skin. i used this when i had a widespread breakout across my forehead and the cooling effect was lovely. quite moisturizing, lots of essence
