This is the most unique sheet mask I have ever used, where the sheet is separated from the essence (in this case, Prickly Pear Oil), while the sheet itself consists of Prickly Pear Extract and Glycerin as the key ingredients.
For me personally, this was a new experience that was both challenging and unpleasant since I had to fold the ends of the packaging several times with extra effort so that the oil could blend into the top perfectly. (if you look at the instructions, 3 fold is enough, honestly I'm not that strong. Lol)
Meanwhile, the texture of the sheet is quite thick and comfortable to use without fear of shifting.
Like the function of sheet masks in general, which is to add moisture to the skin. I'm quite impressed as my skin still feels soft, supple, & moisturized a few hours after using it. What my skin feels genuinely lives up to the claims!
Disadvantages :
- the sheet size is too big for my tiny face 😁
- as I mentioned, it's a bit of a hassle considering my effort in concocting the two parts
- contains fragrance (for sensitive skin please be careful)
- the essence takes a long time to absorb (well, I think almost sheet masks I've ever tried)
