Garnier - akitaash review for Light Complete Milky Lightening Dew Toner

I bought this bc i was looking for a budget friendly toner. According to picky it was worth a try and in my experience, it was great! The toner looks thick at first it was quite overwhelming but once applied onto the skin its absorbs quickly and its not sticky at all! I prefer not using cotton for this. So far i love it.
