To be honest, I've used up tubes and tubes of this. It works so well with my cystic acne. As soon as I feel one coming up, I immediately put this on. I put a small amount, smaller than pea-sized and then onto the active pimple and next morning I will immediately see difference. For small pimples, it will definitely flatten it out the next morning. It's priced reasonably and can be found in Healthy Options here in the Philippines. I think it's P350 for 14g of product. You will need this if you have sporadic bouts of cystic acne, like when that time of the month is coming. The 2% salicylic acid really works.
