This is a very nourishing emulsion packed with a lot of emollient ingredients, there's even some shea butter here! I think this line is aimed at drier more mature skins, so it has a richer feel to it.
It's slighty silky feeling, not greasy or tacky and has a lovely lightweight lotion consistency. It's fairly straightforward with the ingredients too, my skin is quite sensitive and I've not had any issues with it. It's also plenty moisturizing! I find I can make this work with moisturizers that felt a little too lightweight on their own!
If you don't like using just one thick cream and instead prefer building light layers then this could be a nice addition to your routine.
As for the collagen, Mizon uses marine collagen and as far as skincare benefits go it is a very hydrating ingredient! Collagen can act as a wonderful humectant but also has some film forming abilities so it can help retain that moisture too! Along with the collagen there's matrixyl, adenosine, coptis japonica, panthenol and vitamin e! All lovely and beneficial ingredients, overall it's a yes for dry skin, probably not for oily skin!
