Thus is a toner but the texture is somewhat just like essences. It's thick and a bit siliconey. A bit sticky but one dried on the skin it leaves a matte finish. Has a faint scent that doesn't bother me

It is housed in a gorgeous frosted pump glass, and yes it's kinda heavy and sturdy. Not great for travelling.

I love love loveee the packaging because it's my favorite color. It is jam-packed with moisturizing ingredients and it is true to it's claims. I used this for a good three weeks to come up with a real and thorough review. Just a pump of this is a boost of hydration, it makes my skin plump and less dull. The key to a young looking skin is hydration. My HG toner!
