📝 This intensive soothing serum features SEVEN Centella Asiatica-sourced extracts (A.K.A CICA-7 Complex): (1) Centella Asiatica extract (2) Centella Asiatica LEAF extract (3) Centella Asiatica ROOT extract (4) Asiaticoside (5) Asiatic Acid (6) Madecassic Acid & (7) Madecassoside. This formulation aims to strengthen the skin barrier and promote skin healing. 🤕 A lil’ bit of a backstory: I bought this serum about 5 months ago (I went through 2 bottles now), when my skin was irritated because of trying on too many products at the same time... so why not add ONE MORE product to solve my issue? lol 🦋 This serum is a moderately viscous formula, having a slightly tacky texture that doesn’t fully go away even after layering it with a moisturizer (I don’t mind tbh). It doesn’t completely dry down hence, it leaves your skin with a hydrated look. Since this product is fragrance-free, it has absolutely no smell to it whatsoever (not even hints of the natural fragrances of its ingredients). To get things straight, I LOVE this. This serum certainly solved my “skin overload” issue. I still remember the first night I used this, I immediately felt so hydrated and supple. Three drops of this are enough to cover my whole face. This product has kept my skin barrier in tip-top shape ever since I’ve used this. I use this every night, but now that it has done its purpose for my skin, I now only use this every time my skin needs soothing and healing. 🎨 I feel like this product is compatible with all skin types. Its effects will be more helpful for sensitive, irritated, and/or weakened skin barrier/s (for skin that needs a hug).
