Gentle Hour Dew It Again Hydrating Toner
Is a toner to moisturize the skin. Contains glycerin which maintains water content and hydration of the skin, and niacinamide which can brighten and even out skin tone.

Packaging:
The product is packaged in a simple doff plastic bottle with a pretty mint green color. I like that the packaging is simple but attractive.
Texture & Scent:
The texture is watery with a clear color. There is a floral scent, but I don't mind the scent as it is subtle and not unpleasant.
Review:
This is the first Gentle Hour product I tried. Gentle Hour is a brand from Indonesia 🇮🇩 I use this toner after washing my face in my AM and PM routine. I like to pat it into my skin rather than use a cotton pad. It absorbs quickly and is not sticky. For my normal skin, this toner is quite hydrating. I love using this toner for CSM and it quite soothes redness. After using this toner for about 2 weeks, my skin feels softer, moisturized, fresh and supple. For the brightening effect, I think it takes time.
