Vitamin C 10% Ferulic Serum

I use this every morning skincare because the combination of vitamin C and sunscreen makes my face look fresh and not stuffy. During use on my acne prone face there are no negative effects. To brighten, there is a slight change and for PIH I'm not too sure because my acne is still on and off so the scars are still there.
