This Gentle Hour Brighter Day Exfoliating Toner has a water-like texture and is very light, it also doesn't leave a sticky feeling on my skin. So far, this product is safe on my skin. It doesn't make my skin itchy when using it. It also doesn't give a tingling sensation to my skin.
This product is really very gentle on my skin. I think it can be used by all skin types, as it stays moisturized afterward. As an oily skin owner, I like to use exfoliating products because they control my sebum and blackhead production. But I don't really like that which makes my skin dry afterwards. And this is not so. I think it can be used for dry skin though.
