Neutrogena - Minabutt review for Fresh Foaming Facial Cleanser & Makeup Remover

I bought this foaming cleanser on a whim. I was in a rush & grabbed what was on sale. I like having and trying different cleansers because I do double cleanse my skin. 🙄It is just an ok foam cleanser. 💨Scent is pleasant and is not irritating or bothering for me. 👍It works fine as a cleanser and cleans off dirt and sweat . 👎Leaves skin feeling tight and clean like many other cleansers but some times leaves my skin dry too. 👉My recommendation is that it might be drying for dry and combo skin. Should work better for oily skin. 🤔It claims that it’s a makeup remover and a cleanser. 👎But as a makeup remover, this definitely doesn't work well as compared to their wipes or oil remover . 👎I’d walk away from the sink with chunks of waterproof mascara still on my lashes and smeared eyeliner on my lower lids. It can only be used as a cleanser but not for removing makeup .
