DHC (Daigaku Honyaku Center) is a brand from Japan that has been established since 1972. Officially entered Indonesia around 2020.
Combining traditional and innovation, DHC has been the leading skincare brand in Japan for 20 years in a row.
DHC Skincare is very famous for its products made from the best olive oil combined with natural ingredients typical of Japan. And this brand has their flagship product as well as their best selling DHC Lip Cream, DHC claims this product sells 1 piece every 3 seconds.
The packaging of this lip balm is quite beautiful, the design is more feminine with a salmon pink color with a stainless tube as the container. The size is also quite small and slim so it doesn't take up too much space (more travel friendly).
The texture is quite soft, translucent wax color is clear, slightly dense, does not leave a sticky effect on the lips, is easy to apply evenly even when the skin is quite dry, does not give a coloring effect so it will make lips brighter and also gives a glossy effect on the lips. There is a smell of olive oil but it doesn't bother me that much and it's not bad.
Contains Olive oil, aloe vera leaf extract, and vitamin E, this lip balm is claimed to help provide long-lasting moisture to the lips and can nourish, protect, and soften the lips.
For me this lip balm works like a lip balm, it moisturizes my lips. It's very moisturizing and lasts a long time. With just one application, it instantly moisturizes my lips, so even if it's small, it will last a very long time. I also like this lipbalm because it doesn't give color to my lips, so my lip color is still natural/same but there is a glossy effect that makes it look fresher and healthier.
I've used it and it's almost finished, it's become one of my favorite lipbalms. The price is quite pricy but the quality itself is really good.
