This cleanser feels like a gel when applied to the skin but turns into a foam. It has a light citrus scent. It really does seem to give a deep cleanse. Almost leaves your skin feeling squeaky clean if that's your thing. I am more of a milk or cream cleanser kind of girl and wouldn't reach for this often.
I think this cleanser would be best suited for oily skin. It did however seem to smooth out and minimize my number eleven's on my forehead when I used it continuously so I was happy for that. This is so sudsy you could even use it as a bubble bath.
