To be used after cleansing, this toner comes in a bottle with a screw cap. It features ingredients like Rose Damascena Flower Extract, Panthenol & Saffron Flower Extract.
I think this toner's consistency is one of the benchmarks on how I like them to be — watery-yet-viscous — which allows it to have quicker absorption into the skin and leaves a dewy finishing. This has no added fragrance but you can smell a nice, not overwhelming floral scent, resembling rose that always feels calming! When you applied this, you will immediately be able to feel its cooling effect which lingers for quite some time. It helps to refresh and makes me feel awake which usually other toners lack of doing that. This also delivers great hydration to the skin which makes my skin plumper and bouncier. One more thing that surprises me is how this helps to even out my skin complexion and keep that dull skin away! Truly love this and probably one of the best Saffron-based product!
