✔️Might be TMI, but I tapered off and switched to another brand of anti-histamine a few months ago bec it was co-intradicting with a medical condition that I have, and for a while, I experienced extreme itchiness (bec that's what happens when you go off Ceterizine after a loooong time) - - and this was SUPER helpful. I would use this on my body and the itchiness would go away or be lessened, so I am glad I had this during those times.
