Rice Water

This is a very lightweight toner formula packed with rice bran water, apparently extracted in a much superior way than normally. It does pack a punch and offers great hydration. It’s also entirely fragrance free which is lovely.

It becomes somewhat tacky on the skin and makes other products sit a bit on top of the skin, which is very unfortunate with this being one of the first items in a routine. Apart from that, I saw absolutely no changes in my skin.
