Star ingredients:
Mugwort extract
- Texture:
well, gel type... slow absorbing, leave a slight tacky finish when drying
- How it works for my skin:
What it actually does is cool down the area, and I suspect that aside from the mugwort extract, the denatured alcohol also played a big part in the cooling sensation. I am now only using this when some spot are flaming red and painful, it can help subside the pain a little bit.
NOT EFFECTIVE!
I expect spot treatment to be at least good at one of two things: 1) provide a protective layer/ thick cushion to the spot, usually I will leave this type of treatment as a dot on my skin throughout the night; 2) to destroy and eradicate the spot within a short period of time. And I will say that this spot gel can do neither.
And its so hard to squeeze out the gel!
- Would I recommend: NOPE...
