This affordable cleanser cleanses my skin gently and effectively. Not effective as a makeup remover though, you would need to use an a cleansing oil or balm to remove your makeup. A small amount is needed to cover your entire face because of it's thick, rich foam. It also rinses easily without leaving some sort of residue on the face. Did not irritate my skin despite having fragrance.
Notable Ingredients: 4 types of hyaluronic acid, Vitamin C, Vitamin E & Niacinamide + 7 plant extracts (soothing & anti-oxidant)
Texture: pearleascent bits with rich lather. Only need a pea-sized amount for the entire face.
Here are a couple of things that I do not like with this cleanser..
The fragrance - it smells like bitter orange peel to me. Not a scent that I enjoy. No irritation though
I did experience some tightness on my skin if I follow with a hydrating toner right away. I also didn't notice any brightening effect here (I don't expect it because cleansers are short contact products).
Overall this cleanser is okay, it does it's job but I prefer other cleansers that do not leave my skin feeling tight after cleansing.
