This product is a nice balancing water that can double as a toner. It allegedly is the pH level of ideal skin conditions. It's supposed to help those with drier skin by increasing moisturize & repairing/maintaining the skin barrier.
It's made with plant-based lactic aid ferment & thankfully doesn't have the funky smell some fermented products have. It has milky white appearance & scent similar to fresh rice water. The packing is consistent with other bottled toners. Labeling is a nice simplistic light dusty rose. I found it to be travel friendly, no leaking thankfully.
This product is best applied by patting in to the skin, however, if you would like to use it as a toner you can soak a cotton pad and gently wipe or lay on the skin. Being a person with normal to dry skin I found this product truly did help moisturize & lessen any dryness. My skin stayed sufficiently hydrated on the days I used it. My t-zone was also less oily at the end of the day.
Size to cost ratio is fairly decent. Results are immediate and product is good for year round. I would repurchase.
