The texture of this toner is watery runny. I usually pour directly into the palm of the hand, it's better than using a cotton swab because the results are muddy on the skin, and easily absorbed. 1 layer is enough, using 2 layers is not a problem for me. I'm not feeling sticky at all. I love it❤
