The serum contains almost everything I π like such as 15% ascorbic acid which you don't see in many products CLAIMING to have Vitamin C. Vitamin C when properly delivered into your skin, can help with collagen production, brightening hyperpigmentation and act as an antioxidant against the sun. The best time to use any Vitamin C serum is in the day under your sunscreen. Ferulic Acid (0.5%) is also a great antioxidant while stabilizing the formula.
It also contains 0.5% Salicylic Acid which is great for oily acne prone skin to purge all those sebum out of your pores! A lower percentage also means it is okay for everyday use.
There is also alcohol so the serum gets absorbed really quickly without any oily afterfeel.
To be honest, I had better results with the CE Ferulic and they are at the same price point. So I may just invest in that even though it gave me a fake π tan and felt a fair bit heavier than the Silymarin CF.
