I like how thiz toner is true to their claimed as it is for brigthening. After using half of it in A.M and P.M routine my neck is almost as bright and white as my face! (My neck was darker on my face so I decided to try to use it on my neck only to see a difference). This is probably my favorite toner in our local brand! It’s very cheap and the availability is good too! plus the seller is too nice to always giveaway and giving vouchers off! Things I like really like about this: -True to their claim -Cheap, cheap price for a big bottle -Availability is great! -Hygenic! -Has that thing like stopper to avoid leaking -The packaging is so minimalist yet looks elegant
