Pyunkang Yul - pickytiara review for Essence Toner

I like double hydrating toner at night. So usually after washing my face, i continue with hydrating toner and then connect with essence toner. Now I'm using pyunkang yul essence toner. The texture is unique, a little slimy but runny too. The effect is comfortable. Feels more moist and helps absorption of treatment products. Especially if I use exfoliate serum or retinol, I will definitely use it to hydrate my skin so it doesn't over dry in the morning
