Hydrating Toner

My skin is dry and a proper prep is the only way to get a flawless, non-cakey makeup look. I start with this toner, and right away, my skin feels moisturized. I will be buying this all over again. The moisture does not last long though, but I jump to my HA serum to “lock” the moisture. Also, this toner is very refreshing, which is perfect in summer.

I absolutely do not like the bottle. I feel like I wasted so much of the product simply by spraying it..
