This is a lightweight sunscreen, and the texture is rather runny. The tint blends well with my skin, and the subtle tone up effect makes my skin looks fresh. And it has matte powdery finish on my skin. It also helps that the price is pretty affordable.

The runny texture makes it rather difficult to measure by fingers
