Elta MD UV Clear Tinted SPF 46 Review ☀️☀️☀️ Initial reaction: It’s a little light. I mean color and texture. Eeee 😬 💵 I got it 20 percent off so I got it for $30 but it usually runs around $39. That’s fine for me if I LIKE it, but if it’s not exceptional I ain’t dropping $40 on it 😂 😅 but I digress…. 👃🏾 no smell. Which is big for me. Even a makeup-y smell can ruin it for me. So I’m pleased about that. 🐻‍❄️ DO YOU SEE THIS?!?! NO CAST! I’m in love. It looks like my skin but moisturized. I applied this on top of my moisturizer. And it begins to blend immediately. I do not like to rub excessively. ✋🏾 I’m pleasantly surprised at the texture as well because one of the things I liked about the untinted version was how it’s practically weightless. I have some sensory issues and I can’t stand to feel anything on my face. Some of the tinted sunscreens I’ve tried are a bit too heavy for me. This blends in so well I don’t notice it. As I said there’s not excessive running involved but it spreads like butter. 😋 And there is very little color transfer. That being said it may not suit some darker than me. (And I don’t know that it’s cheap enough to risk it.) 👁 no eye burning, and I even put it on my eyelids and under my eyes. Went entire day with no burning. 🌞 well this is now my HG hybrid sunscreen. I have not found a 100% mineral sunscreen that I’ll honestly wear everyday. I have one that is passable but I don’t want passable. 😂 right now I I have 2 100% mineral sunscreens, 3 chemical , and 2 hybrid. The past 3 days this is one I reached for. Even on my high fatigue days, this made me feel like actually put in a lil effort, isn’t that weird? 😂 But it did so that’s a plus. This is one I’ll be keeping on hand from now on, this is the one to beat.
