It's very gentle for my skin, which I appreciate since tretinoin use has sensitized my skin a bit. I use it depending on my skin condition. If my skin feels a bit dry I'll skip it, but so far I've been able to use it about 4 times a week. I've been using it mostly on my T-Zone since this area usually gets congested during the summer. So far I've been really impressed on how gentle it is. I've not seen any major changes but at least my skin has not gotten worse. If you're normally sensitive to BHA toners, this is a good one to try.
