Oil in Lotion Cherry Blossom & Jojoba Oil

The texture is liquid, like a light creamy gel, and smooth. The scent is a little strong but sweet and mild. When applied so smooth and spreads quickly, the end result is semi-matte and slightly shiny.

I think this is enough to moisturize dry skin, but will feel greasy for oily skin. What I don't like is that it feels slippery and greasy when exposed to water.
