JMinn review for Intensive Hydrating Essence Toner With Hyaluronic Acid

This toner makes my skin feel hydrated. It feels a little sticky when you first apply it but I find this to be typical of most hyaluronic toners. Just pat it in and let it absorb for a couple of seconds before you layer on the next products.
