This lightweight toner has a very runny texture that quickly sinks into my skin. It provides considerable hydration, which makes it suitable for morning routine because it isn't sticky or tacky and will keep your face from becoming oily.
However, its hydrating properties are insufficient for me. Also, I didn't see any significant changes as a result of the PHA. It's a bummer, because the ampoule is great.
It's just too bland and underwhelming for me. It reminds me of my experience with the SKIN1004 "Centella Tone Brightening Boosting Toner," which I didn't find really appealing :(. There are numerous products on the market that are more promising and less expensive. So it doesn't go to waste, I'm thinking about reusing it as a mist for my face and body.
