I am just so in love with the texture because it is so watery and runny. It is suitable for oily skin because you won't even feel a thing when you spread this across your skin. It is lightweight and very quick to absorb. It has no scent and feel comfortable even when I use this for several layers.

It feels good on my oily skin and even though it has oil-control agent, it feels quite hydrating to the skin. It doesn't break me out or cause any kind of irritation. I have emptied one bottle of this and despite the fact that I love the texture so much, I would be thinking twice to repurchase this.

Even though it contains high concentration of Niacinamide, the brightening effects are not really noticeable on my skin. By the time it runs out, I honestly think that it stopped working on my skin. I envy people so much that they are seeing significant results with this toner. This one didn't work on my skin texture either and I wonder why because Vit. B3 always smooth out tiny bumps on my face, but not this one.
