Vitamin E Hydrating Toner [2018 Version]
This product had done my skin so much good. Normally whatever toner I'd use my skin would be try after but if I don't want to use moisturiser on any day i can simply use the toner my skin isn't so dry anymore and even when applying a thick moisturiser after it doesn't feel heavy or thick on my skin
The toner does cause me to breakout at time if I use it too close to my neck, causing acne around my neck
