I use Retinol mostly every night, and if I'm not using my usual 1% I'll use something milder on alternating nights , luckily these capsules are 1% Retinol and also contain Ceramides, so they are right up my alley !!! I love the texture of this serum! You know those serums that feel like an oil but aren't? These have that silkiness to them and feel amazing on the skin. I haven't experienced any irritation with this product, I would say beginners shouldn't start with 1% , you will need to work your way up. The capsule provides the perfect amount for my face and neck. This is a great option for someone who has been debating moving up their percentage and plus it's affordable too!
