I've ordered it twice now and both times it seems less than completely full? Can be hard to get the product out of the dropper or get the dropper to suck up the serum from inside the jar.

Ugh!!! I wonder if there is a reason like they've been tampered with... Or if they just aren't filling them as full anymore?!
