Extra Strength Blemish Patch

These acne patches contain salicylic acid, a BHA known for its effectiveness at treating acne. Applying salicylic acid in acne patch form allows the ingredient to be held close to the skin, increasing its effectiveness. I like to use these patches on pimples that have not yet come to a head, because the salicylic acid helps them surface. I then use a regular acne patch to soak up the gunk.
